Enjoy an authentic farm experience by taking an insider’s tour (for four) of 8 Hands Farm in Cutchogue. Owners Tom Geppel, Carol Festa and their two children Olivia & Max run this 28-acre sustainable family farm. Together, they raise a flock of over 100 Icelandic sheep, heritage breed pigs, and chickens – both layers and roasters.
All animals are raised on pasture which results in top quality eggs and meat. In addition, there is a 2-acre vegetable and herb garden offering seasonal produce without any chemical sprays. A cheese room and a food truck are coming soon.
